Arthur Conforti

For over 30 years Arthur Conforti has been working his heart out in the floral industry serving both his local customers and his national industry. Conforti's flower shop, Beneva Flowers in Sarasota, FL, has been voted #1 in the area for 9 consecutive years by the community. He started an online florist directory, LocalFlowerShop.com, in 2004 to help connect florists and customers. His floral website application known as Flower Manager is one of the most comprehensive and sought after sites in the industry. Conforti also started a floral marketing agency called Beneva Enterprises to better serve the marketing needs of florists just like him. It's easy to see that when opportunity knocked, Conforti answered!

Although he may seem to have his hands full, Conforti is always searching out new ways to provide more for his customers and his industry. He has been focusing diligently in recent years on growing his relationships with internationally branded giftware companies such as Fitz & Floyd and Lenox. These types of ambitious affiliations will enable the growth of his many companies of which share a common mission: to reestablish the relationship between consumers and their local retail florists.

Searching for a permanent gift that could be enjoyed beyond the development of beautiful blooms was Conforti's goal when he sought out companies like Fitz & Floyd and Lenox to help create The Conforti Collection. He took his knowledge of flowers and the customers who buy them and brought those insights to companies that could produce the high quality gifts that he had envisioned. Conforti personally designed unique containers that would be beautiful with and without flowers.
